All About Health AAH

All About Health (AAH) is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain and digital ecosystem built around the AAH native asset. The AAH Mainnet operates with Chain ID 21133 and can be accessed through the project's own wallet as well as compatible Web3 wallets such as MetaMask, Rabby and OKX Wallet.

The broader AAH ecosystem connects blockchain functionality with health-related services, activity rewards and digital applications. Its current platform includes health information and challenges, AAH rewards, a native wallet, decentralized exchange functionality, NFTs, token creation and connected shopping and community services.

AAH is used as the native asset of the network and across participating ecosystem services. The project also supports EVM smart contracts and tokens, with a public Blockscout-based explorer providing access to blocks, transactions and contract activity.

The project has progressively expanded from its earlier cryptocurrency and gaming-focused ecosystem toward a broader health, rewards and Web3 platform. Current AAH services emphasize health activities, digital ownership, self-custody and practical use of AAH across connected applications.
