Monad (MON)

Monad is an Ethereum-compatible Layer 1 blockchain focused on improving blockchain performance while retaining compatibility with Ethereum's execution environment and developer tooling. Its architecture includes asynchronous execution, parallel execution, JIT compilation, RaptorCast for block transmission, and MonadDb for blockchain-state storage. Monad's documentation describes the network as supporting 10,000 transactions per second, 400 ms block frequency, and 800 ms finality, while its developer materials currently list a 300 ms block time and 600 ms finality as network specifications. Public mainnet launched on November 24, 2025.
