01 · OVERVIEW

About TidoEx

TidoEx is a cryptocurrency trading platform built around a hybrid liquidity model that combines a traditional limit-order-book matching engine with automated market maker (AMM) liquidity pools.

The platform offers spot trading, AMM liquidity provision, multi-asset wallets, deposits and withdrawals across multiple blockchain networks, TradingView-powered market interfaces, advanced order types, and public and private APIs for developers and algorithmic traders.

TidoEx's public API provides market pairs, order books, trade history and AMM pool data, alongside authenticated endpoints for balances, deposits, withdrawals, order placement and trade management. The platform also publishes CoinGecko- and CoinMarketCap-compatible market-data endpoints.

TidoEx states that its infrastructure includes cold-storage wallet systems, proof-of-reserves functionality, write-ahead logging and account security controls. The exchange was publicly announced on Bitcointalk in August 2026 and is operated under the TidoEx name.

Material risks and limitations

TidoEx is a custodial cryptocurrency exchange with a relatively short public operating history. Users depend on the platform for custody, account access, trade execution and withdrawals. Its AMM pools also introduce liquidity and impermanent-loss risks for liquidity providers. TidoEx publishes an operator-provided Proof of Reserves page, but an independent audit report and regulatory licensing information were not confirmed at the time of review. Users should independently verify liquidity, reserve information, withdrawal conditions and applicable legal requirements before depositing funds.
