Offerings to Cthulhu (OFF)

Offerings (OFF) is a Quark proof-of-work coin mined in 2014, killed by a counterfeit-coin attack, and dormant for eleven years. We restarted the original chain on 22 May 2026 — same ledger, same addresses. The Restoration Hardfork fixed the subsidy at 1.5 OFF/block, banned the attacker's eight addresses in consensus code, routes 1/8 of every block to a published 2-of-3 treasury, and opened a 1.5M OFF pool for pre-attack holders to reclaim from.
